Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed within 4–6 business days before shipment.

Once your order has shipped, delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Melanin & Peace Kids is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or for packages sent to an incorrect address entered by the customer at checkout.

If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Shipping times may vary during new releases, holidays, special promotions, or periods of high order volume.

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery delays are outside of our direct control, but we will do our best to assist with any shipping-related concerns.
