Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind.

Because our products include books, coloring books, and activity materials, we cannot accept items that have been opened, used, written in, colored in, or otherwise handled after delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and work with you on an appropriate replacement or resolution.

Orders canceled before fulfillment may be eligible for cancellation at our discretion. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
